Memorandum of Understanding

On May 29, 2003 Marianne Horinko from the US EPA's Office of Solid Waste and Emergency Response (OSWER), and Paul Chistolini from the US General Services Administration signed a new Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to strengthen their already existing partnership and commitment to brownfields cleanup and redevelopment. This partnership brings together two important federal agencies in the brownfields arena; GSA as the federal government's real estate expert and EPA as the federal government's cleanup and enforcement expert.
